We are glad to follow your instructions regarding inclement weather, or for any other reason that may cause you to change the date of your event.

You may awaken that day with a sick child (we certainly hope not!)

Or your guest List may require you to change the date. Or weather may be the cause.

Please just call us at 434-882-4934 regarding any uncertainty.

AND always keep phone Lines open prior to delivery. Our crews WiLL not begin to deliver to your address until they have spoken to you to confirm. And they will call.

When you book the event, we do charge your credit or debit card to accept your pre-payment. That reserves the unit for you and removes it from availabLe inventory. On your invoice we apply aLL credits you have toLd us about and only charge the credit card Later for any remaining balance if the discount card you have told us about is not returned prior to the event. Make sure your discount card has your name on it for proper credit.

In the event you wish to postpone for any reason, prior to our delivery, we provide you with a FULL CREDIT, to be used anytime in the future, withno expiration.

SPECIAL BONUS:

In the event that your RAIN-CHECK attraction is already booked the day you wish to reschedule, we will provide you with an upgrade at no additional cost.
